4. Engagement Work & Ownership
- Final deliverables become the client's property only after full payment is received
- LEXVORA LLC retains the right to reference completed work as case studies (subject to confidentiality)
- Third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses
5. Payments
All engagements require a 50% non-refundable retainer before commencement. The remaining balance is due upon completion or as set out in the engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Revisions & Cancellation
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your engagement letter. Additional revisions are billed separately. Cancelled engagements are billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
LEXVORA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
